You may be able to download the existing certificate free from the government register. Check the address and certificate before paying for a new assessment.
Find an existing EPCWhich service do I need?
An EPC assesses energy performance, an EICR checks fixed electrical wiring, and a gas safety check covers the agreed gas appliances. Retrofit, improvement plans and SAP assessments support different stages of an energy project.
