What is the
property task?
Start with the question you need answered, then read the service guide. The suggested route is a starting point rather than a determination of every requirement.
Mixed-use or shared systems?
Tell the team which unit is yours, what the building is used for and which systems are shared. A familiar certificate name may not describe the full instruction.
For new dwellings and building work, share the required report and project stage. For safety inspections, share known quantities and any previous findings.
